Kirsi (she/her) is a sick, mad and disabled writer and arts administrator who loves growing inclusive and collaborative teams and community spaces. As an arts nonprofit professional, she specializes in strategic arts leadership, staff/volunteer team development and coaching, programming and communications. In addition to her professional writing experience, Kirsi is a certified editor and a lifelong creative writer of children's fiction, poetry and creative non-fiction; some of her work can be found at her website, www.joytothegirl.com. She is also a trained yoga and social-emotional learning facilitator with a focus on trauma-informed, equitable, accessible, healing-centred practices, and an interest in the intersection of creativity and wellbeing.
