Claudette Abrams

Claudette Abrams is a multi-media artist, curator, art advisor and art educator. She produces international exhibitions for both public and private arts organizations. She has served on juries for public art commissions and for Canada Council and Ontario Arts Council grants. She is an instructor of photo-based art courses at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health [CAMH] and has instructed at the Ontario College of Art & Design. She has produced exhibition programs for venues such as: Contact Photography Festival, Toronto Media Art Centre, Artscape, The Artists Project, Luminato, Nuit Blanche and Art Toronto International Art Fair. Her artwork is placed in public collections and has been exhibited in international venues such as the Deutesches Filmmuseum Germany, Ministry of Culture Spain, International Biennale Tokyo/Nagoya Japan, the Royal Ontario Museum and Art Toronto International Art Fair. She has received multiple grants and awards for her work in integrated media.
