I am a creative dance instructor sharing seated and standing virtual movement experiences. I practice the HAES (health at every size) philosophy and compassionately welcome people with varying physical and cognitive abilities. I also run a private practice in Speech-Language Pathology helping adults recovering from stroke and traumatic brain injury. I have lived with bipolar disorder for the last 15 years and am a mental health advocate.
