Erika Lincoln artist based in Winnipeg, Canada. Over the past 20 years she has exhibited in galleries, media art festivals, and museums in North America, Europe, and Australia. She has been awarded numerous grants over the years which has enabled her to pursue a practice in new media and electronic arts centered around alternative knowledges and ways of being in the world. Her method of artmaking is her way of speaking from a perspective of cognitive difference to the value of critique in the style of non-conformity, un-doing, mis-fitting, and troubling. Erika has participated in residencies at the Banff Centre Canada, Medialab Prado, Spain, and as Artist in Residence with City of Winnipeg Climate Change Office. She has exhibited at the Science Gallery, Ireland. Boston Cyberarts Gallery, USA. Bauhaus-Archiv, Germany. Muse National des Beaux-Arts du Quebec, Canada. Winnipeg Art Gallery, Canada.
