Christeen Salik (she/they) is a queer Pakistani-Canadian art-ivist, mindfulness facilitator, and Founder & Creative Director of Healing Hearts Through Art (h2art). Through combining art, mindfulness, and activism, she makes arts-based wellness more accessible for her peers and encourages its use as a medium of inner healing and solidarity work.
