- _Plug in _to a community of arts professionals for ongoing support, resources, and best practice development This three hour workshop is intended for artists and creators with novice to intermediate levels of knowledge and experience with accessibility methods, and will feature a mixture of presentation, hands-on work, and invitation into an ongoing community of practice. Participants are invited to bring images or short video clips of their own work to workshop access practice. Class topics will include both creation-first access provocations and techniques as well as the fundamentals of presenting accessible virtual and physical events and performances. Presented by acclaimed disability arts ensemble Kinetic Light , the ALLways method is based in Kinetic Light's research and practice and uses fundamental principles of equity and hospitality to help you learn how to create equitable accessibility for your events, organizations, and audiences. ASL/CART/AD included. We offer a sliding registation fee scale based on organization size for this event to increase financial accessibility.
