Mindfulness for Cross-Disability and D/deaf Adults

In this 4-week session we will:
- Learn about Mindfulness tools that have been modified from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
- Have a chance to practice Mindfulness and Meditation techniques and find out what works best for us
- Learn about Mindfulness as a strategy for managing uncertainty in the time of COVID-19 and beyond
