Celebrate Earth Day with Propeller Dance

Hosted by Propeller Dance

Join us in celebration of Earth Day with Propeller Dance on Saturday, April 25 at 2pm on Zoom. Explore how we all experience and embrace natural spaces through dance and our technical selves.

The event includes a presentation of Propeller Dance repertoire, including the 2017 site-specific work, The Wild Life. You will also see a brilliant dance video by the UK-based Stopgap Dance Company. The interactive portion of the event includes a presentation with accessibility activist and nature photographer Catherine Gardner, and a discussion with Propeller Dance artists on the struggle and the adventure of creating The Wild Life.

Choose your own ticket price, ranging from $5 to $100. Depending on the price you choose you could end up with a copy of The Wild Life photo book and/or a tax receipt for a portion of the price.

This event will include audio description for the prerecorded elements, and ASL interpretation and closed captioning for the live elements. If you require another accommodation, please email info@propellerdance.com by April 19.
