Gratitude GoGo

Hosted by National AccessArts Centre (NaAC)

Go-go gadget gratitude!! In this high energy class, we will explore ways to embody gratitude and incorporate it into our movements, while learning some classic gogo moves from different decades and creating our own moves in the process! The class aims to support participants in discovering versions of these movements that feel the absolute best in their own bodies, and put those moves to use in some dance combinations. Join us this spring/summer for some gratitude, good-vibes, and a whole lotta Gogo!! Facilitated by Chawna Exner and Alicia Morrison.

This class is for people 18 years old and older.
