Call for Musicians

The Phenomenological Research/Remedies on Employment & Disability (PROUD) Project is a multi-year research initiative studying disability and employment. The study compares the experiences of disabled employees, employers who hire people with disabilities, and their coworkers, across five countries: Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Belgium.

We are currently producing a podcast mini-series about disability and employment, and we are looking for music to use in our introduction and conclusion.

We would like to invite musicians with disabilities to submit compositions (around 2 minutes total, or around 20 second intro, 20 outro, and transition music). The successful candidate will receive an honorarium of $600 in exchange for the licence to use their piece in our podcast.

Interested musicians should contact us at inquiries@thePROUDproject.ca by the extended deadline of August 31st.
