Young Canada Works: Network Communications Assistant

During Culture Days 2020, over 5,000 arts and culture experiences were offered in nearly 500 cities, towns, reserves, and rural areas across the country, in person and online. The Network Communications Assistant will play an important role in deploying and monitoring event registration for Culture Days 2021 — taking place September 24 - October 24 — and for assisting in survey evaluation projects and reporting post-event. They will be responsible for managing relationships with both Culture Days organizers and the greater network by acting as a main point-of-contact for all registration inquiries and providing customer service to hundreds of participating artists and cultural groups. The Assistant will help improve and maintain overall website quality and efficiency, focusing on user experience and accessibility. They will also contribute to developing, coordinating and deploying a multi-faceted cross-country marketing and communications campaign.

Young Canada Works position — candidate must qualify and be registered through the YCW program.
