Development and Communications Manager

PAL Vancouver’s mission is to provide longstanding members of Metro Vancouver’s performing arts professions with affordable housing within a vibrant and creative community setting.

In Vancouver’s Coal Harbour neighbourhood, the Cardero building has 99 units of rent-geared-to-income/near-market housing and 12 life-lease suites, as well as a performing arts theatre/presentation space (1600 sq. ft.), outdoor gardens, and an amenity space.

A new housing development is currently under construction in New Westminster, and PAL Vancouver will be the operator of both locations.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development and Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing PAL Vancouver’s Development and Communication Plans.

The Development and Communications Manager will foster healthy relationships with PAL residents, the performing arts community, private and public donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders in the community.
