A new dance work from Tkaronto (Toronto)-based choreographer Heidi Strauss for an exciting cross-pollination between the two dance communities, with original sound composed by Jeremy Mimnagh. 

Oscillating between small details, intricate partnering, and physical virtuosity, once and after is a new site specific, movement piece that explores the relationship between two women who are trapped in a space together. 

This project intentionally engages the dance and arts communities through open rehearsals, an artist discussion, and workshops.
