BEING Studio welcomes applications for the position of Executive Director. The position is offered as a one-year contract, renewable to full-time permanent in 2023.

BEING is a not-for-profit Disability Arts organization dedicated to supporting the participation and professional practice of artists with developmental disabilities. This position is based in Ottawa where the executive director works under a hybrid model. 

The position pays an annual salary range of $56,000 to $67,500 based on experience and ability to raise funds for the organization. The position includes four-weeks paid vacation which can be taken in up to two-week blocks. Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend hours required; overtime is compensated with time off in lieu.
