Job Opportunity: Outreach Coordinator

Job Title: Outreach Coordinator **Hourly Wage: **$25.00 Number of Hours per Week: 4 hours/week Number of Weeks: 30 Submission deadline: October 24, 2022, interviews will be held the week of October 31, 2022

**Start Date: **November 1, 2022, or as soon as possible

Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for outreach to Kingston-based social and community agencies for those living with disabilities. 

Areas of focus:

  • Online and in-person outreach to disability advocacy and service agencies.
  • Research local communities and networks, develop relationships, and introduce local communities to FOLDA programming and events.

Qualifications and knowledge:

  • Passion for live performance and community engagement
  • Familiarity and experience with current accessibility and inclusion practices and community engagement
  • Ability to be physically present in Kingston to meet with community stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and listening
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work with independently and with a remote team
  • Adaptable to a flexible work schedule
