Job Opportunity: Knowledge Lead

ArtsPond is seeking a creative and wise individual to join our ecosystem-building team in the role of Knowledge Lead, Ontario. In collaboration with the Executive Lead and other team members, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of knowledge design strategies that help strengthen the impacts of positive systems change leaders from diverse communities in arts and culture across Ontario. For this role, knowledge design strategies encompass creative knowledge seeking, ethical knowledge stewardship, and responsive knowledge design, program implementation, and evaluation activities for two new initiatives: Caring Cultures and I Love My Gig Ontario. The default language for both residencies is English. ASL, CART, and English to French interpretation or translation will be available on request.

This is a part-time employee contract from December 5, 2022, to September 22, 2023 (average 28 hours per week) with the option to be extended pending the availability of funding. Compensation is $39,575 at a living wage from $33.50 to $37.50 per hour according to the skills and capacities of the incumbent. The desired deadline to apply is November 18, 2022.
