BC Dance and Youth Research Project, Public Gathering and Sharing

In early 2022, Dance West Network sent a call for dance and performance projects that engage with youth who self-identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Colour)/IBPOC and/or LGBTQ2S+ and/or are youth who are disabled or chronically ill.

On Saturday, October 29 1- 4 pm PST, we are delighted to invite you to join these selected artists to learn more about the projects at our BC Dance and Youth Research Project, Public Gathering and Sharing. This live and online event also includes youth-led dialogue with the artists about their projects for community discussion and includes other artistic sharings. The event is FREE!

Registration is only necessary for the online event - if you would like to join us in person the event will take place at Djavad Mowafaghian World Art Centre, Goldcorp Centre for the Arts, SFU Woodwards, 2nd floor, 149 W Hastings St, Vancouver,
