A modified version of Classic Nia, Gentle Nia, based in Toronto, uses easy to follow movements to build strength and flexibility while conditioning your body. It’s perfect for people with mobility restrictions or for individuals who want the support of being seated throughout the class. It's a movement practice combines dance, martial arts and healing arts. You will also appreciate the cognitive/communication accessibility of these classes.

All movement classes are held on Zoom, every Wednesday from 2pm - 3pm EST. Admission is Pay What You Can and there are also free spots available.
