Factory Theatre’s Training Enhancement Programs is workshop intensive for early career artists to collaborate, connect and create new work.

Over the course of three weeks our cohort will be members of a small theatre company where they will participate in masterclasses, workshops, and readings, to stage a short performance work that will be showcased at the end of the program to industry professionals. Each participant will receive an $1,900 honorarium for their work and participation in the program.

Facilitated by professional mentors, each program (Playwriting, Directing, and Acting) will support artists in deepening their craft while expanding their experience building new plays. For application requirements within each discipline, visit Factory's website.
