Join Canadian Actor's Equity Association (Equity) online on Monday, **March 27 **at 3pm EST for Bystander Intervention, an online workshop offering practical tactics that artists can employ to help make our creative spaces safer. This interactive workshop led by industry professionals, Stafford Perry and Jenna Rodgers, will offer tools for participants to employ when encountering harassment or bullying in the workplace. This includes skills to identify what's happening, and to respond in a way that is authentic to each individual. Equity will provide you with theory and research behind the methodology, an opportunity to practice what we learn in small groups, and the opportunity to share - in real time - some of the challenges that are unique to the theatre as a work place.
