At Bodies in Resistance we are centering the creative work and voices of bi+, pansexual, fluid and 2Spirit artists with lived experiences at the intersections of sickness, disability, race, gender, gender identity, colonialism, violence, sexuality, desire, visibility, and class. Fallon Simard, Sandra Alland, Charlie Petch & Akio Maroon will begin the evening by sharing their work with the audience, followed by a conversation moderated by Margeaux Feldman.

Pay what you can at the door (free to $1O). ASL interpretation will be provided at this event. Wheelchair accessible venue. Buddies is fully accessible to audience members, and our cabaret stage is also accessible to performers. Seating is flexible and this workshop will be set up in rows, with flexibility to arrange so that wheelchairs or mobility devices can be accommodated at the front. The entrance from the street is accessed by ramp for all patrons. Washrooms are located on the lower level, which can be reached by attendant-operated elevator. Some stalls are equipped with bars and provide extra space. Washroom facilities are not designated by gender and all patrons are free to use the washroom of their choosing.
