Emily Gillespie is an author, disability activist and daydreamer. She has an MA in Disability Studies. Dancing with Ghosts is her first novel. She is working on her second grand funded novel. She also writes short-stories and poetry. Gillespie enjoys writing that explores social inequalities particularly surrounding access to mental health care. She believes in the power of storytelling and enjoys working in community to help people express and connect.
